This marinade makes a flavourful & delicious curry that’s ridiculously easy to make.
Serving suggestion
Add 160g of marinade to 1kg of chicken pieces or cubed chicken fillet, 100g plain yoghurt, 2tbls ground almonds(optional), a big pinch of saffron (optional). Marinate overnight or for at least an hour. Cook in butter or ghee until done. Add 250ml fresh cream and cook till well blended.

Add 325g of marinade to 1.2 – 1.5kg of chicken, meat, fish or vegetable.
Add 1 cup sour milk and 2 medium tomatoes liquidized. Salt and chillies are added, adjust to taste. Green chillies can be added for a little more heat. Marinate for least an hour. Set biryani as usual.
