This marinade makes a flavourful & delicious curry that’s ridiculously easy to make.
Serving suggestion
Add 160g of marinade to 1kg of chicken pieces or cubed chicken fillet, 100g plain yoghurt, 2tbls ground almonds(optional), a big pinch of saffron (optional). Marinate overnight or for at least an hour. Cook in butter or ghee until done. Add 250ml fresh cream and cook till well blended.
